We have confirmed that counterfeit products falsely claiming to be manufactured by REX Industries are being distributed in various regions around the world.

Please be advised that such counterfeit items differ from our genuine products in terms of specifications and performance.
As such, REX Industries cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of these unauthorized products.

In many cases, these counterfeit products bear the REX name and logo, sometimes making them extremely difficult to distinguish from genuine REX products based on their appearance alone.

REX Industries is actively working on a global scale to eliminate counterfeit products. However, it is challenging to completely eradicate all of them from the market.
We kindly ask our customers to be wary and take the following precautions in order to avoid inadvertently purchasing counterfeit products

Please note that REX Industries cannot be held responsible for any malfunctions, accidents or damages caused by counterfeit REX products.

Be wary of unusually low prices.
Products sold at prices significantly lower than the market average may well be counterfeit.

Purchase only from trusted and authorized distributors:
REX Industries does not sell products directly via the Internet.
When purchasing REX products, always ensure you do so through a reliable, official REX distributors or retailers.
